Hey, thanks for dropping by!

In the early 2000’s I sat down and wrote a children’s story for my son Ben. Nothing complicated, a short story about a boy and his toys, and the adventures they have around the house playing pirates. I self published this and generally had. some great life fulfilling adventures with it for a few years. There were book signings and fetes, and a few school visits. It’s a pretty good book! I’ll add some links to reviews in the store

Then, Ben grew up, I had twins in 2006, and for various reasons - mostly work and twins, I have spent the last 20 years being a parent and working!

During this time I wrote 3:14, a speculative piece of fiction, for adults rather than children. This story explores how we all think about the decisions that make us who we are, and if the choices we didn’t make may have been better.

At Summerson Story Studio we are creating two things: A place to buy my books - because why wouldn’t you, but also a platform for new authors.
